a disappointing start to his career but has come on leaps and bounds and is a driving force in midfield. |

THOMAS BUFFEL The Belgian international was signed from Feyenoord in January last season and after a slow
start finally started paying off his transfer fee with some fine performances. Looks a class act. |

BARRY FERGUSON captain Given his debut way back in the Walter Smith era,
the local lad is the brother of former Ranger Derek and has proven to be a classy midfielder. Made captain of Rangers before
heading to Blackburn but came back this year and is now captain of Rangers again as well as Scotland. |

BRAHIM HEMDANI Former Marseille captain Hemdani was one of McLeish's first signings of the summer. He is
very highly rated but has yet to make his competitive debut due to an injury picked up against Linfield in July. |

ALEX RAE Alex Rae was let go by Rangers back in the 80's and told he wasn't good enough. He now finds himself
back at Ibrox after spells with Millwall, Sunderland and Wolves. Even at 36 years old he is still a useful member of the squad
and full of energy. |

GAVIN RAE Gavin Rae was signed from Dundee on New Year's day 2004, he made his debut against Celtic at
Parkhead. He has been very unlucky with injury and hasn't had the chance to show what he can do. Hopes to be back sometime

season. Has shown great promise but fell out of things recently since going down with a bug in the Aberdeen game last season. |

IAN MURRAY First signing of this season, Alex McLeish had been chasing him for a while and finally landed
his man. Very versatile and already looks like a great player from his performances this season. Best played at right back
or central midfield. |

PETER LOVENKRANDS Reputation for scoring vital goals against Celtic. Has been a great player for the club
but fell out of form last season and McLeish tried to move him on. Still here though and looking like getting back that old
form once again. |

HAMED NAMOUCHI Promising youngster signed in September 2003. Made debut against Hibs in 2004 and has being
a regular in the squad ever since. Has had some fine games but yet to see him feature so far this season. |

Bordeaux and Man City. At only 17 years of age he is one for the future.

as Rangers manager. Prso has been superb since signing for Rangers, scoring goals and working hard for the team. A real fans

NACHO NOVO The little spaniard was a bit hit last season weighing in with over 20 goals. Seems to have
dipped in form this season and signing of Jeffers has put his place under threat. Hopefully the competition will spur him
back to form. |

FILIPPO MANIERO Filipo Maniero has player for Serie A clubs such as Venezia, Atalanta, AC Milan and Torino.
He scored 54 goals in 111 games for Venezia, has yet to feature for Rangers since signing on transfer deadline day. |

STEVEN THOMPSON A rare starter for Rangers but has proved to be a useful player coming off the bench and
scoring valuable goals. Signed from Dundee Utd a few seasons ago. Unlucky not to start more often but has Prso in front of

FRANCIS JEFFERS A surprise signing on transfer deadline day this season, signed on a 6 month contract.
Jeffers was highly rated and had been signed by Arsenal for £8 million but it didn't work out for him and he went to Charlton
where he has struggled. |

FEDERICO NIETO Highly rated Argentine, labelled the next Gabriel Batistuta. Has had some minor injury
worries since joining with Gers and has yet to appear for the first team. Hope to see him action soon. |
